24 Brussel Sprouts
1 Garlic Glove, Finely Chopped
2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Halve or quarter the Brussels sprouts. Toss all in a bowl, coat well. Roast in the oven (at 350° to 375° F), stirring occasionally until caramelized. Add salt and pepper to taste. For an added twist, sprinkle white truffle oil on top just before serving.
