Andelin Family Farms

Enjoy fall at Andelin Farms in Sparks. The Spanish-Springs-area family farm is packed with fun for all ages. With a variety of events taking place from late September to early November, Andelin Family Farms is most definitely a fabulous place to visit.

Below are dates and times for all events offered during the Andelin Farms Fall Festival.

First of all, the Adventure Farm at Andelin Farm Reno opens Wed., Sept. 28, and runs every week Wed. – Sun., 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., until closing day, Sat., Oct. 29. It includes a Pumpkin Patch perfect for posing for cute fall photos and to bring home the gorgeous globes to carve and display. You also can check out several animal exhibits, dance to live music, and purchase fresh produce. Then check out the barnyard activities that are great for children, as well as rides and games for all to take part in.

Andelin Farms Corn Maze starts Wed., Sept. 28, and runs every week Wed. – Sun., 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., until Sat., Oct. 29. It opens again on Fri., Nov. 4 and closes Sat., Nov. 5. The five-acre maze is less daunting for little ones during the day and is thrill-inducing for those participating later in the evening. You also can play the free “investigation game” provided at the entrance. Can you solve the mystery of the maze?

For those looking for a more adrenaline-inducing activity, try Zombie Paintball where participants get to shoot at fake zombies and become hunters of the monsters looking to eat your brains. It runs 7 – 10 p.m. Fri., Sept. 30 until closing on Sat., Nov. 5.

If the regular night time Corn Maze doesn’t creep you out enough for the spooky season, check out the Corn Creepers Path. This half-mile path offers different “scare levels’ ‘ with times OK to bring smaller children, then teens and up, and then those really looking for a fright. It’s one of Northern Nevada’s top fall attractions. The scare level times have not been specified at this date.

Tickets sell out quickly so be sure to purchase in advance here.
