Reno Garlic Fest 2021

Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or a curious newcomer to backyard gardening, have a passion for cooking or a strong appetite for this much-loved crop, you’re invited to come enjoy the bounty of the harvest this August. Come dig in and discover what’s growing in Reno!
Festivities will include locally grown garlic and produce for sale from participating backyard growers and established regional farms, a garlic-based food feast from local chefs, garlic medicinals, gardening advice, plus kid-friendly activities, games, and live music!
Reno Garlic Fest Goals:
-Build community and strengthen neighborhood ties
-Showcase local foods
-Support local farmers
-Encourage more Reno-ites to grow vegetable and other foods
-Educate community members about sustainable growing practices for our region
