With a Shoshone-Paiute tribe member as your guide, discover which natural foods are edible, which are medicinal and how harvesting and hunting are central to Native American spiritual life. Learn to cook buffalo Indian tacos, a special recipe with pinenuts harvested locally and juniper tea, then sample your creations. $25 materials fee
