Learn to make Spain’s most popular small plate dishes during TMCC EPIC’s Flavors of Spain: Tapas. Create and take recipes for Patatas Bravas, garlic and tomato toasts, chorizo crescents and melon con Jamon Serrano accompanied by fine Spanish Rioja or a chilled fino sherry. Course runs Tue., April 6, from 6-8 p.m. for a cost of $59 and a materials fee of $20. Registration deadline is March 30. Register at epic.tmcc.edu.
