Ingredients
- 1 ounce Gracias a Dios mezcal
- ½ ounce Heirloom Genepy liqueur
- ½ ounce Dolin Génépy liqueur
- ¼ ounce elderflower liqueur
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce lime juice
- ½ ounce agave nectar
- ½ ounce aquafaba a plant-based egg substitute
- Lemon peel for garnish
Instructions
- Add ingredients to shaker tin with ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass. Top with fresh ice and a lemon peel garnish.
