Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Gracias a Dios mezcal
  • ½ ounce Heirloom Genepy liqueur
  • ½ ounce Dolin Génépy liqueur
  • ¼ ounce elderflower liqueur
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce agave nectar
  • ½ ounce aquafaba a plant-based egg substitute
  • Lemon peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to shaker tin with ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass. Top with fresh ice and a lemon peel garnish.
