Pico de Gallo

1 white onion
3 large tomatoes
2 serrano chiles
1 bunch cilantro (stems removed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 2 limes
Chop onions, tomatoes, serrano chiles, and cilantro, each separately. Place the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix all gently and serve.
