3 slices cucumber
3 green grapes, halved
2 slices lemon
½ ounce honey syrup
½ ounce St.-Germain elderflower liqueur
4 ounces prosecco
Fill a wine glass with ice, add all ingredients, and stir. Garnish with mint sprig.
