Niño de las Flores

1 ounce Gracias a Dios mezcal
½ ounce Heirloom Genepy liqueur
½ ounce Dolin Génépy liqueur
¼ ounce elderflower liqueur
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce lime juice
½ ounce agave nectar
½ ounce aquafaba (a plant-based egg substitute)
Lemon peel, for garnish
Add ingredients to shaker tin with ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass. Top with fresh ice and a lemon peel garnish.
