Andelin Family Farm offers an Adventure Farm activity, a corn maze to explore and pair with an investigation game, zombie paintball, and a creepers corn path. You can also enjoy animal exhibits, dancing to live music, fresh produce for sale, barnyard activities that are great for children, and rides and games for all to take part in. The general opening date for this pumpkin patch in Sparks is Sept. 27, and it closes on Nov. 4.

Over the years, this charming patch has transformed into a vibrant fall festival, boasting a sprawling corn maze, scenic corn walk, scenic hayrides, a daring mechanical bull, cozy fire pits, thrilling paintball zombie hunts, and outdoor movie nights. With mouthwatering food trucks and an astonishing selection of over 40 varieties of pumpkins, squash, and gourds, Ferrari Farms has become a cherished autumn destination for families and thrill-seekers alike.

Lattin Farms, a Fallon farm, offers the traditional pumpkin patch, corn maze, cow train, scarecrow factory, crafters’ market, pumpkin tower, and several other events happening on specific dates. With a special theme taking place on the farm this year, it is a festival not to miss. This farm runs Saturdays in October 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., as well as 5 – 8 p.m. on Fridays in October. There also is a short film contest to enter as well as a science fair.

Lil’ Meg’s Pumpkin Patch at Whittemore Family Farm in Sierra Valley offers the opportunity to buy fresh farm products while visiting the pumpkin patch to find the perfect pumpkin to decorate or carve with family members. Lil’ Meg’s Pumpkin Patch opened Sept. 30 and is open every Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. through the month of October, closing Oct. 29.

Verdi Pumpkin Patch at Verdi Elementary School is a regional favorite and must-do one-day event for families with kids of all ages. Enjoy live entertainment, rides, food trucks, carnival games, craft vendors, bounce houses, petting zoo, rides, face painting, prizes, a costume contest, and rides. The gorgeous mountainside setting at the expansive Verdi Elementary site offers a broad range of activities in one of the most beautiful communities in Northern Nevada.
