The Cooking Sessions are a series of unconventional “lessons”, an excuse to get together, talk about Italian food, its history and traditions, personal stories from Tim Magee,
a chef who’s spent most of his professional life cooking in Italy.
You’ll learn some classic dishes with tips and tricks that you wouldn’t normally find on cookbooks, and you’ll learn to modify the basics with what you have in your own kitchen.
At the end of the session we’ll sit all together and enjoy the result of our work with an Italian family style dinner.

The Session will be 2 hours long and it’ll be followed by dinner (approx. 1 hour) with the food we have prepared together.

The price is per person and it includes a glass of Prosecco and the food we’ll prepare for dinner.
Other drinks and cocktails are extra.
Tips are not included but welcome.
