Join EPIC’s Sauces and Marinades and utilize a variety of ingredients to whip up sauces for seafood, barbeque, spring rolls and salads. Learn to convert sauces to marinades or top dressings and sample small bites with your creations. Course runs Wed., May 18 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. for a cost of $59 and a materials fee of $20.
