Preserving the Harvest

As the first frost graces the season with its magical touch, join a workshop led by the Master Food Preserver, Doreen Spires. This event offers an exciting exploration of two food preservation techniques: quick pickling and water bath canning. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own handmade pickles to take home.
