Paa Kow, dubbed “Ghana’s most artistic drummer”, blends the rhythm and artistry from his native Ghanaian Highlife music with modern jazz, creating his own unique Afro-Fusion sound. He plays a custom, hand-carved, traditionally inspired Ghanaian drum set that is the only one of its kind in the world. Join us for an exceptional cultural and musical experience exploring Paa Kow’s West African drumming rhythms and techniques, his story growing up as a drummer in Ghana, and how jazz has contributed to his Afro-Fusion sound.
