Little Chefs is a parent-child cooking series hosted by Urban Roots and registered dietitian Anastasia Gavrilets. This Fall’s series is for pre-K chefs (ages 2-4 years) and compliments the garden-based learning they receive from Little Gardeners! These workshops are hands-on, include a tasty recipe and snack, and a farm fresh ingredient to take home.
This workshop will cover quality meal time with your pre-schooler and dive into trying new foods straight from the vine.
