Little Chefs is a parent-child cooking series hosted by Urban Roots and registered dietitian Anastasia Gavrilets. This Fall’s series is for pre-K chefs (ages 2-4 years) and compliments the garden-based learning they receive from Little Gardeners! These workshops are hands-on, include a tasty recipe and snack, and a farm fresh ingredient to take home.
Your little chef with use their jurassic imagination to cook up their very own dinosaur volcano! Let’s make something special together and talk about portions and what our pre-schoolers need nutrition wise at this stage.
