Little Chefs is a parent-child cooking series hosted by Urban Roots and registered dietitian Anastasia Gavrilets. This Fall’s series is for pre-K chefs (ages 2-4 years) and compliments the garden-based learning they receive from Little Gardeners! These workshops are hands-on, include a tasty recipe and snack, and a farm fresh ingredient to take home.
Let’s pump the jams a little louder and make a tasty and colorful snack! Your little chef will don an apron and put their skills to the test while we talk about tips and tricks for even the pickiest of eaters.
