Italian Soups and Minestras Class

Prepare easy Fall and Winter soups and minestras from several regional Italian traditions. Start with a beautiful minestrone (empty fridge soup) and progress through minestra rossa al basilico, Lenticchie e funghi (Puglia), Malagliati e fagioli (Emilia-Romagna), Minestra frantoiana (Toscana) and Garfagnina soup (Lucca). Buon appetito! $45 materials fee
