Everline Resort & Spa, a spacious mountain resort in North Lake Tahoe, announces a wine pairing dinner featuring The Prisoner Wine Company, a popular contemporary wine company based in Napa Valley. The event will take place at the resort’s Six Peaks Grille
backdropped by the resort’s Olympic Valley setting.
It will begin with a welcome reception where guests can enjoy an amuse bouche while a representative with The Prisoner Wine Company introduces the wine. Each course will be expertly paired with a selection from the wine company. The first course will feature a Hamachi crudo, followed by a second course of grilled Nantes carrots, and a third course of seared diver scallops. The entree course includes a Pine Cone Kitchen black garlic BBQ lamb rack with a blackberry lamb jus. The meal continues with a dessert serving of a Tête de Moine tart served with a blueberry compote and vanilla Chantilly.
