Dead Plant Society: Preserving the Harvest

Savor the last of the season’s harvest with our hands-on jam and jelly workshop! Join master food preserver Doreen Spires and learn how to turn Urban Roots’ farm fresh peaches into delicious jams using the water bath canning method. Learn tips and tricks for preserving all that garden goodness, and go home with your own hand-made peach jam. Plus, one lucky attendee will take home a full canning setup!
