Aroma Sensory Tasting by Wood-Fire Roasted Coffee Company

Using our coffee aroma kit, we will evaluate some of the aromas associated with coffee. We will find these in dry, ground coffee as well as brewed coffee. Yes, you will get to drink the coffee.
We will have an open discussion about the complexities of aroma in coffee and its impact on the overall flavor profile.
This is a fun and informative way to evaluate coffee.
