Multiple entries submitted by a single person are not allowed, and any person who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the entry of false contact information or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage, directly or indirectly, multiple or false entries will be disqualified. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GIVEAWAY. “Valid Entries” are completed entries that are received during the Entry Period.
Conditions of Entry: Valid entries must be submitted via the online method as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address. Photo ID may be required as indicated on individual entry page in order to claim prizes. All entries become the property of edible Reno-Tahoe. Neither edible Reno-Tahoe, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and promotional agencies, nor any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, or misdirected entries.
Eligibility: By entering into and participating in these drawings, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this contest and is at least 18 years of age by the date of entry (some contests may require being 21 years of age by the date of entry). By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release edible Reno-Tahoe, its affiliates and their directors, employees, officers, agents, and promotion agencies from any and all liability, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. By participating in this drawing, entrants agree that Nevada courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this drawing and that venue shall be only in Reno, Nevada. Further, all winners agree that their images and/or likenesses and names, emails, and city names may be used in the promotion of future drawings and/or edible Reno-Tahoe contests and promotions, with no further compensation being due to said winner. Employees of edible Reno-Tahoe and its respective affiliated companies, divisions, subsidiaries, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the drawings. Edible Reno-Tahoe reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the drawings should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of edible Reno-Tahoe corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the contest. Contest entries must not be from any individual who resides in a country that is embargoed by the United States or residing in Belgium, Norway, Sweden, or India.
Selection of Winner: Edible Reno-Tahoe will determine which entries are Valid Entries and whether the entries otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein (“Eligible Entries”). Edible Reno-Tahoe will randomly draw the winner(s) from all of the Eligible Entries. Edible Reno-Tahoe will be the sole judge of which entries are Eligible Entries, and its decision and drawing will be final. The winner(s) will be notified by email or phone (at the discretion of edible Reno-Tahoe) using the information provided on such winner’s entry. Edible Reno-Tahoe is not responsible for misdirected or corrupted email addresses that prohibit a person from entering the contest or that prevent edible Reno-Tahoe from identifying or contacting a winner. Should a winning entrant not respond to email notification of selection within the time indicated in the notification, the winner forfeits its eligibility to win and edible Reno-Tahoe, in its sole discretion, may select an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received and the number of prizes allocated to the contest.

Requests must be received in writing within 2 days of the drawing. Requests must include specific contest information such as time and date of drawing, web address of drawing entry form, prize(s) being offered, and contest name. As a security precaution and privacy-respect measure, said list generated will include entry first names and abbreviated email addresses only.
Prize: Any expense not specifically stated as being included in the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Edible Reno-Tahoe reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize. The winner may not transfer or substitute the prize. Federal, state, and local taxes, charges, and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize sponsors may impose additional restrictions regarding redemption. For example, many movie passes to advance screening events make no guarantee of seating and require that the winners arrive early. Such restrictions can be found on the prize/ticket.
Privacy Policy: All entry information collected in connection with these drawings shall be accessible by edible Reno-Tahoe. Such information may be used by edible Reno-Tahoe to contact each entrant directly with marketing or other information. By participating in these drawings, each entrant hereby consents to such use.
