Parlor Room
A private indoor room with a cozy, intimate ambiance ideal for small-to-medium events. It features warm tones, beautiful lighting and the ability to fully customize the room. Best suited for private dinners, tastings, business meetings and celebrations of 20 to 45 guests.
Prospectors Club Lounge
A stylish and elevated indoor lounge with a speakeasy-inspired feel. Leather seating, artistic lighting and a warm, sophisticated design. Ideal for cocktail parties, mix-and-mingle events, small receptions, brand activations, and upscale private gatherings.
The Pub Room
Our most casual and lively indoor environment. Exposed beams, brewery heritage elements and a fun bar atmosphere make it perfect for social events, viewing parties, birthdays or relaxed celebrations. Capacity around 35 to 60 guests depending on configuration.
Outdoor Patio
A beautiful outdoor space with natural light, greenery and the warm charm of the historic building. It is excellent for brunches, showers, receptions and seasonal events. Fully adaptable and can be styled rustic, elegant or festive.
Rooftop Patio (Renovated)
Our newest space. An elevated open-air terrace with incredible ambiance, string lights and flexible layout options. Perfect for sunset receptions, private parties, live music, brand events and all outdoor celebrations. It accommodates medium to large groups and has heating for year-round use.
Entire Venue Buyout
For larger or premium events, guests can reserve the full building, allowing use of all indoor and outdoor spaces. Total capacity up to 280 people

Brasserie can personalize every detail of the event, from guest-focused touches to fully themed experiences. The team can create signature cocktails that reflect the essence of your event, custom-made drink menus, branded elements, and even specialty holiday or seasonal cocktails. For larger concepts, collaborate with Brasserie’s brewery team to create a small-batch custom beer if needed. The staff is also able to adjust setups, dรฉcor touches, tasting stations, and food displays to match your vision.

Pricing varies depending on the type of event. Brasserie can host groups starting at 20 guests who may order directly from its regular ร -la-carte menu, or its staff can design fully customized private events for larger groups. For specialized events, they offer Buffet Style Options starting at $40 per guest, with pricing increasing based on the menu selection and the level of experience each client wants for their event. The venue can accommodate events from 20 guests up to our full building capacity of 280 guests, including our newly renovated rooftop.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 90 days before your event. This allows us to plan every detail with precision, schedule tastings or walkthroughs, coordinate with all involved parties, and design a truly unique experience. However, we understand that sometimes events come up last-minute. If the venue is available, we can also accommodate shorter timelines โ even within a week โ as long as the minimum commitment is met.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure the date and space. The amount varies depending on the size of the event and the selected area. Once the deposit is processed, your date is officially reserved.
