Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Tea

½ teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon ground ginger
Honey, agave nectar, or natural sweetener of your choice, to taste
Slice of lemon
Ceylon cinnamon, to taste
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon coconut or flaxseed oil
Mix ingredients well and enjoy!
