Ahi Poke

Ahi Poke

4 ounces ahi, diced
½ avocado, diced
Black and white sesame seeds (for garnish)
Wonton chips (for garnish)
3 tablespoons poke sauce (recipe below)
3 tablespoons of iji sauce (recipe below)

Combine ahi tuna, avocado, and poke sauce in bowl, then spoon onto plate. Top with sesame seeds and wonton chips, and serve with iji sauce for dipping.

For poke sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
½ cup sambal oelek

Combine all ingredients and add to ahi poke recipe.

For iji sauce
1 cup mayonnaise 
1 ounce Sriracha sauce
¼ cup sesame oil
Juice from ½ lemon

Combine all ingredients and serve as dipping sauce with ahi poke.
