About the artist: Denise Klitsie

Klitsie is a painter and illustrator working from her home studio in Gardnerville. Primarily a painter, she is highly influenced by the Bay Area figurative movement. She has been doing editorial illustration (mostly digital) for a little more than a decade and is currently developing a new direction for her illustration portfolio, getting back to an analog approach.
