Vegetables: cucumbers, eggplants, greens (arugula, spinach, and salad mix such as green and red butter lettuces, red-veined sorrel, romaine, dino kale, curly kale, rainbow chard, collard greens, bok choy, dandelion greens), microgreens (pea, sunflower, broccoli, and radish shoots), peppers (jalapeรฑos, shishitos, padrรณns, aji ricos), roots (hakurei turnips; fennel; red sora radish; beets such as chioggia, red, and golden; Napoli carrots; garlic; celery; potatoes), squash (green and yellow zucchini, kabocha and delicata squash, pumpkins)
