Coffee

As you know, I am a coffee purist. I don't like altering coffee because it covers the inherent character of the beans. However, I recognize that many of you would enjoy different ways to drink your coffee. For this event, we will be sampling some of our coffees augmented with different botanicals and spices.

It is always fun to stretch the boundaries when tasting coffee. It is such a personal experience. We like to find new ways to view the coffee drinking experience. This will be one of those events.
