Vines to Wine Class: An In-depth Study of Wine

Whether you’re a wine enthusiast looking to hone your skills, considering a career in the wine industry or a novice to wine, this class is for you. Although challenging, the course starts without any prerequisite wine knowledge needed. Take part in an in-depth study of wine, focused on viticulture (grape cultivation), viniculture (winemaking practices), varietals (cultivars/grapes), wine-growing regions of the world, and an initial overview of the history and evolution of wine.
