Coffee has Flavor: Can it be augmented?

As you know, I am a coffee purist. I don’t like altering coffee because it covers the inherent character of the beans. However, I recognize that many of you would enjoy different ways to drink your coffee. For this event, we will be sampling some of our coffees augmented with different botanicals and spices.
