Black Sticky Rice with Coconut Sauce and Fresh Summer Berries
A Delightful summer Thai dish

Coconut sauce
40½ ounces coconut milk
½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon rice flour
1 cup sugar
Rice sauce mixture
1 cup sugar
13½ ounces coconut milk
¾ tablespoon salt
Directions
Soak 2 cups black and 2 cups white sticky rice together over night in warm water. Drain. Spoon into funnel-shaped bamboo steam basket. Steam for 45 minutes until rice is soft. Transfer into a large bowl containing coconut sauce mixture. Stir completely. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Top with berries. Then serve. This recipe is dairy and gluten free. Serves 6.
