A Bend-based tea shop celebrated its grand opening in Sparks on Feb. 28, 2026. The Boba shop, named TeaCupFuls, is located inside of The Outlets at Legends. The menu includes a lineup of milk and energy-infused teas in a variety of flavors and colors, some topped with soft and sweet heapings of cotton candy. In addition to classic orders such as Tiger Tea, youโll also see some creative options, including noncaffeinated beverages. The menu is rounded out with slushies, chais, and various coffee beverages. TheTeaCupFuls Boba Tea brand started in Oregon in 2017.ย
