Tahoe Press + Pour celebrated its grand opening on March 14, 2026. The Tahoe City cafรฉ specializes in cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and craft coffee with a small grab-and-go menu of soups and salads. The grand opening comes just one week after the company debuted its brand during a two-day soft opening event March 7 and 8. Built around playful juxtapositions, Press + Pour believes in focusing on freshness, sustainability, and community. The juice program is overseen by Pete Katin, a name you may recognize from the farmerโ€™s market as the head of Tahoe City Juice Co., and Chris Taylor of the Tahoe Tap Haus brings a deep passion for craft beverages and coffee. Located in Cobblestone Center in the former Gravity Shop space, the business is a new venture for Tahoe Tap Haus Group.
