Silk Cafe and Bar is hosting its soft opening on March 20, 2026. The modern Vietnamese restaurant and bar is a collaboration between Toan Loi, former Chef de Cuisine at the Asian Kitchen in Atlantis Casino, and his wife, Phoi Sin. “We are driven by youthful energy and a bold new vision,” Loi says. “Our goal is to bring something unique with creativity and exciting to the community.” The new spot is located on Prater Way in Sparks. Menu items include shrimp and tofu pad Thai, black pepper beef fillet noodles, and a fried chicken and rice plate.
