Senior Tequilas and The Morris

The owners of 23 Downtown Reno properties received funds from the 2025/2026 ReStore Facade and Tenant Improvement Program totaling $1 million in all. The goal of the program is to revitalize commercial properties throughout Reno.

Two food businesses on Fourth Street were among the awardees. Senor Tequilas and The Morris, which will house a bakery and bar as part of its development project, received part of the matching funds. In all, 13 buildings, 28 storefronts, and 11 new businesses will benefit from ReStore.
