Rubicon Deli

Evan Corsiglia sold Rubicon Deli to Nate and Shane Dolan, according to Reno City Council minutes from Jan. 28, 2026. The brand originally opened in Lake Tahoe in 1993, established by Evan’s mother, Cheri Corsiglia. The Reno location has been operating since 2009.
