The local owners of Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Reno sold the property Feb. 27, 2026, for more than $37 million to Noble Hospitality Fund V REIT, LLC, a real estate-investment manager that focuses on value-add investments in select-service and extended-stay hotels. The Renaissance houses The Shore restaurant as well as Bundox Bocce, which includes a large bar. It’s unknown if those will be impacted with the sale.
