Minglewood Coffee & Company

Tahoe City welcomed a new coffeeshop meets breakfast spot meets lunch café called Minglewood Coffee & Company. The business opened its doors July 11, 2025, after a one-month remodel of the old Syd’s Bagelry. The dining concept comes from local entrepreneurs Alex and Amanda Looby, who also own Christy Hill and the Sandbar. The short menu focuses on locally sourced and healthy ingredients, served 7 a.m.-7 p.m. daily.
