Great Basin Community Food Co-op
Sept. 14, 2025 marked 20 years in business for the Great Basin Community Food Co-op in Reno. The community-owned grocery store focuses on selling organic goods and promoting sustainable practices. It first opened its doors in 2005. The co-op’s leaders reopened the Foodshed Café on the second floor in 2024.
