Fuego and Bali

Owners of the Bali Express food truck based out of Reno celebrated their two-year anniversary by opening a brick-and-mortar location in Carson City called Fuego and Bali on July 8, 2025. The restaurant serves an extended menu of Balinese cuisine and plans to hold a grand opening event on Oct. 19, 2025.
