FiftyFifty Brewing Co. celebrated its soft opened in Reno Public Market in Reno on March 12, 2026. The FiftyFifty crew is smoking all of its own meats and using a lot of local products, such as from Beloved’s Bread and Flocchini Sausage, in the upscale pub menu. Chef Jacob Burton and Chef Alex Downing have brought their skills in fine dining to create an approachable casual food menu with many delicious choices. One standout is the Lychee Ceviche, a vegan dish. The restaurant/brewery will be open every day for lunch and dinner.
