Elixir Superfood and Juice
Elixir Superfood and Juice is coming to South Lake Tahoe. The health food spot with counter serve salads, bowls, smoothies, juices, and more has officially franchised. While the first three locations โ including two in Reno and one in Mammoth โ are owned by Karla and Charles Perry, the South Lake store will be franchised by Teri Jo and Bob Felkel. The team is targeting an early summer opening in the Bijou Shopping Center. The project is currently under construction. The South Lake store will be the second franchise to open behind an Irvine, Calif., store set for an April 15, 2026, debut.
