Chop Stop Salad Co. is coming to Plumb Lane in Reno. Local franchisee Steve Ferguson announced the second Reno location on his Instagram page with a projected opening date of spring 2026. Located at Plumb Lane and Yori Avenue, itโll be the second storefront for Ferguson and his wife. The first opened in 2020 in SouthTowne Crossing in south Reno.
The fast casual, healthy-food option will include a drive through, much like its existing location. The menu focuses on a lineup of wraps, salads, and chopurritos, a type of rice bowl.ย
