Chris and Theresa Luke are looking to sell their Hawaiian restaurant Aloha Shack located on Red Rock Road in Reno’s North Valleys. Chris cited the reason for the potential sale/closure as wanting to move back to California to be closer to family and get support for his wife’s medical issues. While they are “getting the ball rolling,” the couple isn’t going anywhere just yet. As of now, the two plan to finish out their lease, which ends in April 2026. Whether someone will buy just the equipment or the entire brand is up in the air. Chris says he and Theresa may open something in California as well.
