STRAWBERRY FIELDS

Ingredients

  • ounces light or lightly aged rum
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ¼ ounce brown sugar simple syrup
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • Fresh strawberries muddled
  • 3 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Muddle strawberries and basil in shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake well. Strain over large ice cube and serve in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and strawberry.
