QUEENSLAND VINEYARD BED AND BREAKFAST WAFFLES

- 1¾ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 extra-large eggs beaten
- Almost 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 cube butter melted
Combine dry ingredients, then stir in eggs, buttermilk, and butter. Do not overbeat. Ladle about ¼ cup batter onto waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
