Ingredients

  • 4 celery stalks
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ green apple core and seeds removed
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tiny knob peeled ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in high-powered blender such as a Vitamix. Drink juice promptly.
