CHIPOTLE MAYO

Ingredients

  • ½ gallon mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • Juice of 1 to 2 limes to taste

Instructions

  • In blender or food processor, combine chipotle peppers and juice from 1 lime until smooth. In a large bowl, stir pepper mixture into mayo, adding more lime juice if desired.
