CHIPOTLE MAYO

Servings: 1 half gallon

- ½ gallon mayonnaise
- 8 ounces chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- Juice of 1 to 2 limes to taste
In blender or food processor, combine chipotle peppers and juice from 1 lime until smooth. In a large bowl, stir pepper mixture into mayo, adding more lime juice if desired.
