Ingredients

1 head of garlic
A few mounds of goat cheese
1 handful walnuts, chopped

1 sprinkle thyme
2 sprinkles salt

1 sprinkles pepper

2 drizzles olive oil
1 baguette

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Tear off top of garlic head, exposing layers. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour in small, covered, oven-safe dish. Take garlic out of oven.

In separate oven-safe dish, spoon in desired amount of goat cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and fresh thyme on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees, until warmed through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Slice baguette 3/4 of the way through loaf. Heat in oven along with goat cheese.

To serve, cut caramelized garlic head in half and spread over toast. Then spread goat cheese on top. Enjoy!
