Atlantis’ new Atrium Lounge serves signature cocktails in a chic space.
On Nov. 25, Atlantis Casino Resort Spa visitors discovered a new imbibing experience. Bartenders at the new cocktail lounge at Atrium, just past the resort’s front desk, craft signature artisan cocktails they spent months perfecting and which only are available here. Many spirits and ingredients used also have local ties, letting guests relax in the chic new space while getting a taste of the region.
Signature cocktails include a tribute to the area’s sheepherding culture with the Basque Punch, which is made from local liquors; the High Desert Buck, a spin on the Moscow Mule using local Bently Heritage Source One Vodka; and the Blood Orange Margarita, made with El Sativo Silver Tequila, produced by a Reno native.

Open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily, the Atrium cocktail lounge also thaws visitors out in style with its sumptuous hot toddies such as the Greek Cocoa, made with Sambuca Molinari, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and hot cocoa; and the Solstice Cider, created from St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Bénédictine, and hot apple cider. From 1 to 4 p.m. daily, visitors who prefer to warm up and nibble on sweet and savory small bites sans alcohol can take part in the lounge’s high tea service.
